Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from Cami Pixel Shop ("we", "us"), operated by Cami Pixel Shop (sole trader). Our full business details are on the "Seller information" page.

1. Contract

The products on this website are an invitation to order. A contract is formed when your payment is accepted on the Stripe checkout page and we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown by mistake, in which case you are refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where VAT applies, and shipping is added at checkout (see "Shipping & returns"). Payment is made through Stripe, which accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your card details. We do not accept payment by any other method.

3. Delivery

See "Shipping & returns" for dispatch and delivery times and costs.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel, which starts when they receive the goods. Before we have posted an order we can cancel it in full; once it has been posted it can no longer be stopped, but the consumer can still cancel within the 14 days by returning the goods. Details and a cancellation form are on the "Shipping & returns" page.

5. Legal guarantee and liability

Statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, to the extent the law allows.

6. Product colours and use

Colours may look a little different on your screen from the printed sticker. Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and made to last, but results depend on the surface. Stickers are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 (small parts, risk of swallowing).

7. Custom orders

You can ask us for personalised stickers by email. We agree the design, the price and the delivery time with you in writing before you pay, and we send you a draft to approve before printing. Payment is only taken through a Stripe payment link sent from camipixelshop@hotmail.com. We cannot make designs that use other people's copyrighted characters, brands or logos, or real people's likeness without permission, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Because custom stickers are made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (see "Shipping & returns"). Statutory warranty rights remain.

8. Designs and copyright

All designs on this site are our own work, unless stated. You may not copy or resell our designs without written permission.

If you believe anything on this website infringes your rights, please email camipixelshop@hotmail.com with the details and we will look into it promptly and, where appropriate, remove it.

9. Governing law

The law of United Kingdom (UK) applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
